Visiting a lavender farm today was a unique experience. Besides learning about the cutltivation and processing of lavender, we learned about the many uses of lavender, some of which dated back centuries. This included not only well known herbal remedies and therapeutic and medicinal properties but also culinary and aromatherapy uses that we use today.
